This strong, athletic six year old showed a smart level of form on the flat and over hurdles last term and looks a ready–made winner and an exciting novice for the year ahead.
He won three times on the flat in 2024, winning big field handicaps at Gowran Park, Tipperary and at The Curragh, where he scored in great style off a mark of 75.
He was an excellent third in a novice hurdle last November, running to a Racing Post Rating of 118, just one place off a subsequent Graded performer for Gordon Elliott. His fifth at Leopardstown in March doesn’t paint the full picture, as he was only beaten two lengths by the winner, while he went on to finish second in April to smart prospect Fad Eadrainn, who
has a UK rating in the 130s.
His yard were struggling for form last term (0–80 over jumps between October and April), which makes his efforts in the key part of the season all the more creditable. He has had a nice six weeks at grass since joining us, is now back in training and looks a lovely individual
who is doing everything very well.
A brother to the high–class stayer, I am confident there is more to come from him and we’ll look to get him started in a novice hurdle in late September. With his flat ability and experience, he looks an ideal type for some of the valuable novice handicaps further down
the line, so we will look to get him qualified for those.
He is available to purchase for £21,500 + VAT, which includes all sales costs, vetting, transport and keep to 31st July 2025.
