This racey individual has taken time to find her feet in the UK, but recent performances in the
pointing sphere suggest she could be an extremely well–handicapped prospect returned to
rules in the coming months, and she looks a surefire winner in waiting.
She was placed twice over hurdles in France, achieving a rating of 112, but failed to shine in
the UK for Polly Gundry, first under rules and then for the same yard in points.
However, she has looked a different proposition entirely since returning from a break for a
new yard, winning a maiden in March in great style.
She has since franked that form by finishing runner–up in a restricted contest at Pepper Harrow,
beaten only by a very progressive gelding from a top yard. She had a couple of recent winners
in behind that day and gave it a very good go from the front.
The drop back from three miles between the flags will certainly suit her – she looks one for
intermediate trips under rules and her mark of just 76 suggests she can run up a sequence in
the coming weeks.
We have enjoyed a good deal of success in recent months with Bumpy Evans, who came from
the UK pointing field and has won his last three under rules. Echo Of Promise looks a similar
type and, at £10,000 + VAT (includes all costs to 31st July 2025), she represents great value for
one that should be winning races very soon.
