We were delighted that schooling guru Yogi Breisner was able to join us this week to impart some of his knowledge and I know I speak for all the team in saying that it was a big help to them.

As well as being the coach for the British Eventing team as they enter the most important year of their sporting lives with the 2012 Olympics now under a year away, Yogi is a renowned trainer of both riders and horses and all the team, both staff and equine, were put through their paces!

Yet another unseasonably warm day on the gallops today, and Judiciary (pictured left, Christian Williams) worked well again and is nearly ready to return to the racecourse after his recent win at Plumpton. A second at Cheltenham on his hurdling debut before his Plumpton success, he looks to be progressing and is an exciting prospect.

Another recent winner in action on the gallops was Gallox Bridge (far-side, Lauren O’Connor), who has won two from two since joining us and he looked in very good form in his work with Flemensgael (centre, Shaun Leonard) and Oscar Sierra (near-side, Kurt Smith).
