We had planned to have four runners at Fakenham tomorrow, including representatives in both the beginners and novice chases (Ski Sunday, pictured left schooling this morning under Bradley Gibbs, had been scheduled to make his third appearance over fences), but unfortunately after a lunchtime inspection today they have made the decision to abandon, so with no racing for us tomorrow it will certainly provide me with a chance to catch up with the paperwork!

We are beginning to shape our team for Cheltenham and I am very hopeful that, after two seconds last year, we will hit the bullseye this time around! One of our most exciting prospects is Destroyer Deployed (pictured left enjoying a lunchtime snooze!), who finished runner-up in the Champion Bumper last season and made a really encouraging debut over hurdles at Newbury when finishing second to All The Aces. Destroyer Deployed has several entries later this week and I am hopeful we can find a good opportunity for him before stepping up in class next time.
