2014 bay gelding by Multiplex ex Et Voila (Alflora)

A loose-moving, athletic individual, this three year old store looks the type to come to hand early and will be aimed at the four year old bumpers in the new year.

A fourth foal, his year-older half-sister (by Fair Mix) made an impressive winning debut at Newbury in March, shooting clear to win by 15 lengths before running very well in defeat under a penalty to finish second to an older mare in a Carlisle bumper.

The five year old half-brother adds further strength to the pedigree, as the son of Bollin Eric finished second on his only start in an Irish point last year, finding only a subsequent Listed novice hurdler too good, and he is well-regarded by his connections. Dam Et Voila is a half-sister half-sister to three winners including the high-class juvenile Organiz, who finished third at Grade 1 level as a four year old in France.

A son of Multiplex, who is himself a son of Danehill, he is bred on the same Multiplex-Alflora cross as the progressive young chaser Lofgren, he is bred to be sharp and I am looking forward to getting him started. He will be now be broken in and, after a short spell at grass, we’ll have him in to prepare him for the four year old bumpers, the long-term target being either at Cheltenham on New Year’s Day or the bumper on Classic Chase day at Wetherby, which we won this year with Point Of Principle, who was also purchased as an unraced three year old at this sale last year.

Priced at just £17,000 + VAT (includes all sales costs), he is a really exciting individual and represents excellent value.
