After such a prolific month of October (during which we had 16 winners) I am delighted to have started November in a similar vein, with Fennis Boy at Market Rasen on Sunday and Khorun at Hereford on Monday both in winning form.
Fennis Boy has been a revelation since joining us in the summer, finishing second at Worcester and winning over 2m5f at Kempton Park last month before his adding his latest win over 2m3f at Market Rasen at the weekend. He is very versatile and though he has done his winning on a sound surface, I am sure there will be more to come when he gets some cut in the ground on his next outing.
Khorun has done really well for us in the past couple of seasons and he was winning for the second time this year when scoring at Hereford in the selling hurdle for his owner, footballer Michael Owen. Khorun was sold at the subsequent auction and we wish him well with his new connections.
