We schooled several of our young horses this morning and I was absolutely delighted with them, with juveniles Amok and Mon Desir both showing a real aptitude for the game in what was their first schooling session over hurdles.

Both Amok (pictured left under Richie Killoran) and Mon Desir were smart middle-distance performers on the flat in France and I am really looking forward to seeing them make their debuts for us in the coming month.

A relatively quiet weekend, but we have three running on Sunday, with Ben’s Folly and Swiss Guard in action at Market Rasen, while Speed Steed makes his debut for Jeff Frost in the novice hurdle at Towcester.
