A busy and very noisy morning, with declarations being done with the backdrop of drilling next door as the new offices near completion!

We have five going on Sunday, including impressive Newton Abbot winner Jive Master in a bumper at Perth. We have had five seconds and four thirds in the last fortnight so I am very hopeful that one or more of our runners on the weekend can get us back in the winning groove.

Plenty of schooling in the sand school this morning and I must say all three juvenile hurdlers looked naturals over the poles and hurdles. Pictured left is older horse Tee Shot (Michael Byrne) showing them how it should be done, and Scommettitrice (Rob Kirk) in full flight over the poles. The juveniles are really coming along well and all three should be on the racecourse by the end of the month.
